Also did not provide the currently address for pick up my secretary had to found out texting the customer
In a different post we sent the truck with driver and helper paid an overnight in a hotel to load the item
Tomorrow customer just text us 8PM to informed they had hired a different company
We have a $200 fee in our contract for those cases to help the company with labor time, fuel and tools

Arrived at locations shipmemt was already shipped . Customer never notified driver of prior pickup

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When I submitted a quote for the shipment I was 4 hours out before arriving at the location. I was clear that I was passing through and going to the delivery location. I spoke with the shipper through Uship question section and explained the process. I never heard back from the shipper or got a notification until 3am the next morning. I was asleep and on the other side of the Country by then.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This was a third party shipper and requested assembly and too many contacts for pick up and delivery,
