I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This is not fair at all I was in Virginia trying to get the other shipment done for this shipper and it didn’t go as planned now I’m at fault for this one as well when shipper knew that I was in Virginia dealing with the other shipment they order was not even ready on the date of pick up then they called me and demanded that I pick it up the next day when it was impossible to get from Virginia to Florida in 7 hours

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Dealing with delays from another customer and traffic I have been in contact with the customer trying to help her get her items but due to past mess ups from the warehouse was a tense situation from the start

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately, this company has been very difficult to work with. I showed up to the warehouse and waited an hour and they couldn't find the piece. They wanted us to return on their schedule. No matter what we offered, they countered. Too much for our very small company.

Great communication and fast payment. Only issue I had was said there would be help at delivery and there was not. I got it taken care of and everything is good. Great company to work with

I was enroute to shipment when an accident occurred in front of me at an intersection. I will not be able to meet up at the designated time for the shipment to be delivered to the customer at this time. I will not be able to complete shipment until Wednesday of next week. This will not meetup with the timeline that is needed for the company to deliver its product to the customer.
