The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services There were 6 items but the bed comes in 3 boxes (6+ 2 = 8 boxes) - headboard, footboard and rails. This is how beds are usually delivered as they are not preassembled. The shipper should have known this if they have been doing delivery for furniture.
