A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I quoted to pick up the shipment on Friday or Saturday. My quote was accepted late Friday, too late for pickup. And we later found out the warehouse required a 24-hour notice pick up and was not open on Saturdays which did not fit in with the parameters of my quote. I had other items going or coming from Wichita Falls and was going to take this on the same shipment. But the load was not ready to be shipped. So I had to go on to Wichita Falls with the other items I already had in that trailer. I

There was damage enclosed in box but mytruckdfw only had shipment 30 minutes in transport no damage to exterior of box

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Conflict of scheduling UT also number given at pickup service wastold couldn't have a phone number only email but also told only way to intial contact was email no phone calls but Gerldinne metion broker load will be set with warehouse and they had not answer email and would see in morning I stated I would like to cancel because not right from start and didn't want to be held responsible for uncertain possibilities

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This is a 4th party shipment.
Shipping warehouse in Idaho said they will NOT
Release item as they have been contracted
To ship.
