The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We drove out there to pick it up and thought the dimensions on the uship listing was correct. However when we got there we quickly learned that it was much bigger and could not fit instead of the transporting van.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Team,
I drove to High Point, NC for pick-up and the warehouse is closed until Monday--the 30th of November 2020.
I will no longer be in the area on Monday.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I showed up at pick up location and was told that the item had already been picked up by another provider. This was back in May. I emailed UShip about it but never got a response.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The customer had been dealing with another shipper and thought that I was the same entity.. This item could only be picked up and delivered on specific dates which was in conflict with the pickup and delivery dates I proposed which were accepted.
