The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment If you are a business I would not book with this shipper. Shipper could not commit to shipment and did not care that he was effecting my business. Unless you want unhappy customers I would not book.

Carrier did not provide service we asked for which was in home delivery. Table top was scratched. The shipper told customer that we loaded everything and that we were responsible for this. This is untrue. The driver that showed up did not know any of the information about the shipment and told us that was on dispatch.

Shipper that arrived did not know the size of our items, needed help loading even though we noted that shipper needed to be able to help load. He had no clue we were a business and had business hours until we spoke to him. If you use this shipper I would recommend checking to see if they really did read your listing. It also seems like this company has multiple shippers and dispatch is not providing information needed.

Nambo transports damaged this table per customers report. When contacted they said it was clear that the customer did this. Upon further inspection it looks like Nambo tried to repair it "good enouh" to get it in the home without notice. When contacting owner he was zero help. Blamed us and the customer and took no responsibility. At pickup carrier did not know our hours, the size of the items, what he was picking up, and was unsure it would fit.
