We paid for inhome delivery white glove service sadly on both ends the shipper needed assistance from us and our customer. Did not have ability to provide the shipping services needed. It seems shipper did not read terms on this item. Item was broken took 2 days for shipper to contact us with info. Uship luckily handled everytging and made things right got us without having to work futher with shipper.

Driver was stranded in snow/ice storm in IA delay in re. The damage did not occur during shipment of this item, damages were done by the receiver. Driver was loading on his dolly, the customer himself dropped one end of the item causing the damages after insisting on unloading. causing a couple of screws pull loose.The driver told the customer he could repair, but the customer refused. All damages happened as a result of what the customer requested, and any repairs offered by driver were refused

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper did not read details in listing which we provide so that there are no conflicts. Shipper never reached out to explain or try to figure out a solution. Very disappointed to have booking delayed since we felt we had this item booked.
