Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I clearly have a 5 day window when I booked the item ( 5/2-5/6 was listed for pick up dates) the customer listed no address for pickup and No phone number for warehouse I called to get the number and they said they had to cancel because another carrier is picking up the item. I was never rude to jaqueline i couldn’t understand how I lose a load when the contract clearly states 5/2-5/6 pickup. They are lying and trying to blame this on me.
