The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider has rescheduled pickup twice. On the second attempt he was a no show. When texted and contacted there was no response. We eventually reached out to Uship and while they responded back with them they did not call us. After several more phone calls they finally picked up and still could not give us an eta. They claimed their driver was sick but still not an excuse for not touching base with the customer. While I hope their driver is okay this company has very poor commu

We ship a lot on Uship and this by far was my worst experience. The shipper destroyed the piece he took. He also damaged the carpet inside the home he delivered to because during transport our piece got filthy and they managed to track it all over the carpet. During the dispute the shipper refused to cover any damages. Then became very ugly towards us. Cussed us out via text using a different phone number. Refused to provide insurance information. I would stay far away from this shipper.

The pieces we transported was not well built. I have read the reviews for other items so not sure why this wasn't made to the same standards. After trying to handle this outside of uship Matt just liked to hear himself talk and would constantly talk over me so we thought it best to continue though uship. The customer and I have been talking and is aware a claim has been filed.I'm not leaving a bad review just over something like this. I won't stoop low enough to try to hurt someone's business

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was suppose to be here at 9am he was not here when we arrived and did not contact us till after to tell us he was running 8 hours behind. He wanted someone to stay after hours to meet him or he was canceling. The only option he gave us was to lock the items up outside but since we are located in a business park this is against the rules here and we did not feel safe leaving the items. He refused to meet us the next morning. His schedule was all that mattered.
