The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper was suppose to be here 9am he was not. He did not contact us till 10 and claimed they were 8 hours behind and wanted us to wait 3 hours after we closed for them. If we did not he would cancel our order. He was not flexible at and refused to wait till us till morning. His only option was us just leaving our shipments outside for him to pickup which would not have been safe.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper did not contact us about cancellation. We were willing to work with him to make the shipment work but instead he decided to cancel the shipment. We had all the information within the listing and the shipper seemed surprised on how much space these items would take up. He held us up on getting other bids by not informing us that he was canceling.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper was a no show. We gave him several days after scheduled date and we heard nothing from him. We reached out to shipper and did not hear anything back from him. Shipper seemed very easy to work with at first then just disappeared which really screwed up things for me and my business.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer on receiving end could not be home during drop off dates and when they would be home wouldn’t work for shipper. We have contacted VinVestors and we are up to date on everything.
