Please cancel after seeing the job that is required to assemble the quoted rate that I was asked to bid is only covering transport and travel time barely.The time that it would take to assemble and the rate would not be suiteable for all that is required for this trip. Please cancel the rate was not sufficient for what the job entails.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Gave us an extremely narrow window for pick up AFTER booking and that often doesn't work well in Chicago, tried to pick up a few minutes after their 3pm deadline but they were unyielding.

Everything went smoothly. We asked them to pick up a bedroom set and deliver it to our client. The client was very happy with how they handled her pieces of furniture. I highly recommend them and will definitely do business with them again.
