A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need it delivered sooner than the service the provider can. I would like to relist the shipment and see if I can get someone else to do it sooner.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Service provider and I agreed to not ship items with him since he did not have proper equipment to wrap and secure the dresser

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I am sorry but my client was not comfortable with the dresser being transported on an open flatbed. Also, there was an issue with parking a 40 ft trailer anywhere near her building. The dresser is very heavy and unloading it away from her building was not going to work.
