Sucheta was easy to work with. Agreed to meet very early 6am to accommodate my schedule. Her pickup location is perfect for large trucks with lots of space to back up to the loading door. I would do business with her again. Thanks.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer told me after accepting my bid and 2hrs before I pick up freight that I needed 25 blankets which I have saved in an email and then called me trying to sell me more blankets. I had enough of my own to successfully complete shipment. She then wanted to know if I had air ride trailer which all of this I should have known before she accepted the bid. I also drove 1042 miles empty so nothing would be in the trailer that could damage her freight. I went out of my way for customer.

Your services said "blanket wrap" If you have been in this business for 20 years you should have known that 6 pieces of need 20-25 blankets. You were going to show up with 5. You could've have stopped by and bought them at Uhaul or Home Depot and paid $20 a piece. I said I will sell mine for $5 instead of giving you for free. So unprofessional! I have no words for this. It's like a painters showing up without paint brushes to paint your house. Unreal!!
