John was super careful with my painted furniture. He was more careful than I would've been :) He was fully prepared, had plenty of blankets, he carefully wrapped all the pieces & delivered it on time. Great communication as well. I highly recommend him & I would use him again in a heartbeat. Great work!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider said he only has 5-6 moving blankets to wrap 7 pieces of furniture which made me very nervous. Instead of buying blankets on his way or borrowing mine like I offered, he decided to cancel 15 minutes before pick up. Very very unprofessional.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need it delivered sooner than the service the provider can. I would like to relist the shipment and see if I can get someone else to do it sooner.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Service provider and I agreed to not ship items with him since he did not have proper equipment to wrap and secure the dresser
