A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My turbo went out on my truck which I let the customer know. Mechanics don't work on Sunday. They just completed the work & I just picked up my truck & am back on the road which I emailed. I understand if she can't wait til I get there this evening & accept the cancellation

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Actually I spoke to the customer, she called me well after business hours. She questioned my experience and insulted me by calling me a newby. I explained to her that while I may be new to uship, I have been in the shipping industry for many years and also drove tractor trailers for a living. She then began to complain about uship and its vendors. I told her I wanted to pick her nightstands up on Saturday and I would contact her when I could give her a solid time window. I left that conversation Response from Sucheta B.: Awww...we talked, I told you my guys can help you load ANY time. I told you I will make sure customer can help unload. You emailed me after we talked hat you will be picking up on 5/10. Yes, you are a new to Uship, no way to know if you have been in business for me unless I ask. And yes I complained about Uship providers - how unprofessional they are so many times. Just like you! NO CALL NO SHOW. Own it!
