Booking a Job
To service a job you find on uShip, you must book the job online through our secure platform. This guide will walk you through what happens when you book a job.

How will I know when a job is booked?
A job is booked when a customer accepts a quote you have placed on their shipment. You will be notified by email when this happens.
What happens once a job is booked?
Contact information will be automatically exchanged so you can complete the shipment. You should contact the customer as soon as possible to work out any final details and arrange pickup. Keep in mind that some customers may not be familiar with the shipping process, so your patience and communication is appreciated.
I delivered a shipment. Now what?
Once you have a shipment Delivered, you should leave feedback for your customer and encourage them to leave feedback for you - this feedback is essential to building your reputation and booking more jobs on uShip.
