Thank you!! Picked up the wrong units first and then could not get the 2nd batch in a timely manner and limited communication.

We had two different shipments from this company. We asked for an extended time for the 2nd shipment. They agreed. They do not respond to text or emails often making it difficult to keep in contact with them. We stayed in constant communicating with them as best we could. They seem like good people, but because of their size and many shipments are having difficulties with transporters.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter did not show at promised time and was notified by Uship that his account was suspended. We no longer feel comfortable using the transporter and will find another means to ship.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter stated that they picked up the wrong units, so we set a new date, they now have missed that date and can not give me a new hard date. We need a transporter that can actually make commitments and hit what they promise.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Said he could accommodate and then emailed and said he couldn't. I asked him many times before we booked about being prepared and then could not make it happen. If you can trust their word what can you trust.

I was completely honest about the reasons why the cancellation was made and notified them asap so they could accept another offer to help with this transport
