Ran late on pick up but never called and told us the date changed. We have to be notified when you cant hit the agreed date. This communication needs to improve if you want should for us and the dates need to be hit.

Date was missed and we had to call and ask what was going on. You as the transporter need to make good communication with us if you want to haul for us. Our dates are the utmost importance.

The dates were explained when booked, no call was received asking what was going on! I booked a shipment and the contact ask if i would accept another and I agreed! I also told the woman it would be later than requested. She said she understood. I then received these comments.
