The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Cancellation request VIA email came stating they transporter could not complete the load due to a death in the family. We accept the cancellation and are being proactive so we can find another driver.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Once again the transporter has left us high and dry with no communications what so ever. We have tried calling and no voice mail set up, transporter never contacted the lot with a 24hr call as noted. We are in the dark here and going to cancel. We should have learned our lesson!! Terrible way to run a transport business.
