We had some changes to our process and need photos send to us VIA email, We asked the transporter to do so at time of booking and noted it in our email confirmation, He stated he would then did not follow through. Not sure why. May not be using them in future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We set 2 times with owner for this unit to be picked up and he never showed on the last set time. Very bad communication, wont answer phone or messages and very very unreliable. Never again.
