A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved H
I contacted the pickup location my contact stated that the lawn mower could not be picked up it is gone and it's not available for pickup anymore I understand this was supposed to be a repo and the guy more than likely does not want to give up his lawnmower and I am not going to waste my time chasing a ghost

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer listed the mower as able to run and drive. The unit does not run and it is to heavy for me to push into the truck. I tried several tricks but couldn't get the mower in and no help is available in this area. I have no choice but to cancel the shipment.
