A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Absolutely no problem on Cranky Ape’s end. The yard where the trailer is being held lied about the notice and it took 4 days to get a response from them. They are now requiring a longer notice and we can’t stay in the area that long. Unfortunately we are going to have to cancel the shipment. Cranky Ape’s communication is excellent and they are very understanding.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We have been trying to contact transporter, we know hes receiving our messages be is deciding not to talk with us. We have no desire to use him on this haul or any haul in the future.
