I had a break down and I put in the original bid that I would be there on Thursday afternoon I called when I got close and they where very rude to me so then we called about two hours out from drop off and asked for them to try and contact them so I could drop off or make a plane and agine he was rude I wouldn’t carry for him don’t need the money that bad

Jeffery Welch at Above the rest moving never informed me of his breakdown,nor did he reach out in advance. Instead he called me a few hours before arrival from an unknown number and did not leave a message. When I received his next call he was outside of my business after hours. Instead of cancelling I was able to get an employee to meet him. The next day he failed to communicate with my client and I had to step in. An overall disappointment. He really shouldn't be able to leave ratings
