The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After reaching out to Ben Forgery he informed me that he did not have any blankets to trade out for those used to wrap the chairs. This seems rather strange considering he booked the chairs with a blanket wrap service. In addition Ben did not show up at the agreed upon date and time. His communication was very poor, leaving us disappointed.
