The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time William was supposed to pickup the chairs 2 weeks ago. He failed to communicate with us, and did not meet the deadline. Very Disappointing. Response from Runfree11: I did respond via email and text. I was in the middle of a Noreaster storm and informed I would be late but still happy to accommodate shipment

An overall disappointing experience. We were reluctant to use Amy due to a lack of feedback. In the beginning I asked her to have 6 moving blankets to trade out for those used in wrapping the shipment. She showed up with 2 very worn blankets.
In the end Amy failed to read the proper phone number on our Bill of Lading and contacted us last minute due to inability to get in touch with our client. Underlying theme, unprepared and unorganized.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Scott did a very poor job of communicating after the shipment was booked. He marked the item picked up, and then showed up 2 days later to pickup without calling. Upon arrival his Sprinter Van was very messy, and there wasn't even space to properly transport our chairs. We were forced to decline his services.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Provider has been unresponsive to phone calls and emails, and we are no longer interested in having him ship this piece.

Travis was great to work with. He has the perfect trailer for any type of move.
