An overall disappointing experience. We were reluctant to use Amy due to a lack of feedback. In the beginning I asked her to have 6 moving blankets to trade out for those used in wrapping the shipment. She showed up with 2 very worn blankets. In the end Amy failed to read the proper phone number on our Bill of Lading and contacted us last minute due to inability to get in touch with our client. Underlying theme, unprepared and unorganized.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Scott did a very poor job of communicating after the shipment was booked. He marked the item picked up, and then showed up 2 days later to pickup without calling. Upon arrival his Sprinter Van was very messy, and there wasn't even space to properly transport our chairs. We were forced to decline his services.
