The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Why bid on this job if you don't intend to answer any phone calls emails or text messages? This shipper was supposed to pick up my product by today but never responded to me or showed up once I booked it. Complete waste of time.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This driver flaked on our Friday pick-up arrangement, completely ignored my calls/texts Saturday, and then told me he had to change his route Sunday and couldn’t make it. Complete waste of time. I run a business and depend on drivers to be reliable, it’s disappointing to have this experience when there are customers and subcontractors involved getting excuse after excuse. I was hesitant to book because of the prior reviews, definitely learned my lesson on this one. I do believe he comes through
