A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved In the pick up window was so very tight as soon as another delivery delayed that put me outside of the pick up window conditions outside of my control

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The driver said on the Uship messages that he would 10000% percent be able to pick up my island asap since I needed a rush delivery, then he texted me and said he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to make it on Friday like he said and the only day he could make it was on Saturday and we are not open on Saturday. He told me he was going to have to cancel and said as soon as he pulled over he would cancel the shipment but I just looked and he still has not canceled so now I have to cancel.
