A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Had a family emergency (funeral) that I had to attend and could not complete rescheduled pick-up on time. I had written an email to explain the situation, but ended up not sending the email out due to a computer glitch and the shipper was not made aware of the situation. This was still my fault and I take full responsibility and therefore, approve the shipper's request to cancel this shipment.
