The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Called Service Provider after they missed agreed upon pick up date and was told they had a truck break down and so they rescheduled pick up. New pick up was again missed without us being notified. Unable to reach Service Provider via email, phone or text and no responses back. We have to cancel and book a new Service Provider.
