We are a little confused on this shipment. There is some damage to the driver side rear corner that looks to be old, but when we asked the driver about it he said that it was like that when he got it from the first guy. Apparently this unit was picked up by another driver and then this guy took over in MT. Paperwork is incomplete when asked why he says that he doesn’t know why the paperwork is incomplete he just gets in the truck and drives. WOW!! Then you never called once u had the unit.

Afternoon,this was a repo trailer that had prior damage done which was documented and sent to you. There was certainly a miscommunication between drivers which we take full responsibility for. We are a legal carrier and run MC/DOT verified numbers so we legally had to switch drivers to meet your deadline. I appologize this transaction couldn't of went smoother. Thank you for your business as we will fix our errors.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Backed out on us because of load changes is a unacceptable reason to us, let alone not talking with us to at least try to make a scheduled change. Please do NOT bid on any future shipments with Crankyape. This cancellation has now set us back 3 more days.
