Im going to give you a decent review even though you missed both dates that you gave is. I understand mechanical issues but our clients watch the dates and we have to make you aware of the importance of the pick up dates being hit.

My truck didn't expierience mechanical issues it was wheather issues I have no control over that I was pulling a high value boat got caught in serve wheather which forced me to pull over and made me late to pick up your lawn mower. I take pride and care in my job and would expect a little consideration when things like that is out of my control. I still made your drop off on time did I not
