The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider overlooked that this unit was too heavy for her to transport. Very reliable, we just cant use them for this unit.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This could have been avoided and we may not be using you in the future due to this scheduling conflict it caused back charges from our client. You never even came close to getting this unit on your original date.

Delays do occur and your gooseneck that was the earlier pick up had mis- information regarding the hitch needed to move it. Sometimes errors beyond our control will happen and road delays along with bad weather are all out of our control. Processes are now in place to correct this as best we can in the future.
