Voice mail was full, tried to call to see if the unit was on time and had no way to know the date was missed. Unit showed up the next day without notification. We have to have the line of communication open.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services All Days of the week were posted: The lot is open M/W/F 10AM-3PM & requires a 24 hr notice to confirm the date of recovery & 1 hour call prior to pick up. You state the unit may have snakes in it?? You should NOT be going inside the unit. We need reliable transporters. Please do NOT bid on any more of out shipments.
