The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter did not show up as scheduled.The lot times and days of the week were tight but without communication back to us how are we to know that you are having issues with the narrow pick up window.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This unit was reschedule with transporter because of a snow storm. 7 days later he missed his date again and never called us or contacted us to let us know. Terrible communication. We will never use them again if they cant learn to communicate better. To me this is unacceptable way to run a business.

Dropped on the side of the building we had no idea that it was dropped. We were not ware that you were going to be late.

We had spoken with a dispatcher and were instructed to leave mower on side of the building with key under seat. Thanks for allowing us to ship your item. Hopefully we can ship with CrankyApe again and provide a smoother delivery.
