The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Was told by transporter that the truck was broke down and could not hit our dates.

This was true, we had a driver's truck break down on that route and would not be able to pick up for a few days after the dates asked for by the client. We apologized for the inconvenience and have worked with them without issue since this incident. Thanks for your business and consideration.
