After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer After not being able to get ahold of pick up location, the customer finally got ahold of them. While literally driving to pick up location, I was told they didn't have the item and had no clue who I was, etc. The pick up location individual is playing games. Last night he confirmed pick up with customer, today it's another story. I don't want to drive on my dime just to arrive to more issues in person with this guy. I contacted the customer so they know. This is very frustrating.

Sorry about the problems. On occasion we can have a few hang ups are the lots that will hamper the recovery.
