The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time First off, we were promised to have it by the original date of 1/3/19, then we were told Harry was ill and it would need to be rescheduled for 1/7/19 and now the driver was in a accident. WOW, Harry has always been great this is sure a disappointment to be completely left in the dark and no calls or emails.

Picked up the unit on time but took a week to get the unit delivered. Our client was not happy at all with the delay or the excuses when it would be dropped.
