After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Based on the transporters terms and conditions and the added costs that we may in cure we no longer feel confortable dealing with this transporter.

It's not the carriers RESPONSIBILITY of the tires. As well it's very unreasonable to expect a carrier to provide parts for your benefit and not be compensated for there time and labor that is required to perform those additional service without compensating that individual that was not included in the posting originally. My time is worth something and theaterials required to perform those service are to be reimbursed for. Those additional services was added via email after the booking.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We were not given correct information on the unit needing to be transported so the service provider was not equipped to handle this load for us. Under no fault of the service provider we will have to cancel and seek new transport.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not follow directions making a 24hr call, then rescheduled and missed that date as well. Will not be using you in the future.
