The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Booked and did not get a hold of the location to be able to fit our pick up in within the posted lot times.

Arrived at pickup location, but no one was there. Waited 30 minutes but had to move on.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We have been unable to reach the service provider via phone or email and the unit was never picked up.

Was very vulgar, crude and unprofessional at our lot pick up location. Saying nasty things about one of the girls that work there. We will never use this guy again.

I run in to this from time to time. There is always somebody at a yard that feels that they are more intimidating than they are and when they are handled like they need to be, it always ends up that the driver was trouble. It was really sad that they dragged that girl that handled dispatch on this into it. Grow up boys. You made yourself look bad not me..
