Did a great job getting the unit to us, but didnt take any photos as we requested or a walk around CR sheet. Then at time of delivery was pretty rude to the manager and worker at the drop when asked. We all work better with a little better attitude in this environment. Live an learn.

I have to agree you did a great job and handled the mistakes with some pride but you were not very pleasant to work with by our call center as well as at the drop location.

That’s fair, I probably wasn’t the nicest, when there were some many errors. And was told that they didn’t have time to talk to me to try to solve the errors. When I got there to unload, I had to move my truck 3 times. Most places would have just had me unload and be on my way. So your right, I should have just took all the error and extra tasks in stride and been happy to serve you.
