A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When I organially had booked this load I contacted both parties and both agreed that I could pick this up Friday 1/8/21 as I was out of town on a job. I had clearly stated that to both parties and they were fine with the pick up date. I had gotten a phone call from the dispatcher of Cranky Ape saying that this was not accecptable and she was rude about it as I was trying to explain the situation. She was very unprofessional. I was told that I would get a call back and I never did

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer No offense to The Client, but the pick-up contact was belligerent, rude and pushy. This is the type of situation that produces mistakes(from my experience), especially when it requires a compromise of available equipment (picking the bike up before the other is delivered, requiring rearrangement at both locations and both bikes in close proximity with each other increasing the likelihood of damage).
