I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I could not reach the provider after 20 days of trying to coordinate pick up and there was no follow-through. Once he was able to be reached by email he said he was not aware of the booking, and he tried to coordinate with his crew but we were not able to confirm a definite pick update. I had to find another shipper for this delivery and have him confirmed.
