A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately, the client is very set on having the item delivered the week of the order delivery suggested and was not willing to wait another week. Otherwise very nice working with the shipper but the delivery deadline was nonnegotiable and still has not been picked up and delivery datee has passed.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, due to miscommunication between the pickup location and us, we were given incorrect measurements, Arvis LLc was unable to load all items, which is unfortunate because they are a wonderful company and have wonderful customer service, and are extremely helpful with answering all our calls and questions. It is a shame we were not able to fit the items and we hope to work with them again one day.
