We drive across the country picking up and delivering our products. We have alot of experience and knowledge moving small to large items. We drive using an enclosed trailer and truck. We use ramps, moving blankets, and straps to secure everything well. We have zero damages.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The measurements of the items on the uShip site were wrong and I booked accordingly. When I contacted the pickup location, they had different measurements and the items would not fit.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We had a catastrophic accident in upstate New York due to the snow storms, and the truck/trailer was a total loss. I am working with all of my customers to reimburse the losses and make sure that everyone is whole.
