The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Our driver arrived at the pickup location. He stated that there was a loading dock, and that the staff was not helpful what so ever getting the printers out of the building. We stated that we have a enclosed trailer with a truck pulling it, this does not work at loading dock. The staff stated the item could not be brought down ramp either. So we wasted 5 hrs of diving and fuel for an item that was severely underpriced, and not accessible. We are not angry with the shipper, just stated what the d
