We drive across the country picking up and delivering our products. We have alot of experience and knowledge moving small to large items. We drive using an enclosed trailer and truck. We use ramps, moving blankets, and straps to secure everything well. We have zero damages.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider the shipper stated time and time again that he would be later and later to make this shipment. then finally just said no can do. we have clients waiting on these items. this is just unacceptable.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment THE DRIVER CONTACTED OUR CLIENT AT AROUND 7PM ON SUNDAY NIGHT ABOUT PICKUP, AND TEXTED US AT 3AM THIS MORNING. HE THEN DECIDED TO CANCEL THIS PICKUP SINCE OUR CLIENT COULD NOT MAKE IT HAPPEN WITHIN HIS SCHEDULE. THIS IS A GOOD DRIVER BUT I GUESS HE WAS SHORT ON TIME. WE WOULD USE AGAIN.
