The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Upon arrival the customer did not authorize to have the item loaded on a open trailer as stated on the comment box prior to booking . I specifically stated I would be arriving in a 40FT flat bed

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Upon arrival. Scheduled party informed me the item had to be delivered in 2 days . Unfortunately when I booked the add clearly stated to be delivered on or before July 27th I am not able to deliver in 2-3 days . They made a mistake on their part I suggested if they can receive within a week I can pick up the item unfortunately that was not an option
