Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time we had contact with the customer. i spoke with him he stated he was going to finish his purchase and we would work out the details.i have had 2 trucks in san antonio since his accepting this job. i understand cancelling is part of this. communication is the key...

James did a fantastic job that exceeded all expectations. He picked up when he said he would and by keeping in contact was able to pick up two additional shipments for me while enroute. Went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Of course everything was delivered in perfect condition and put in our garage for us as we were away. One of the best service providers we have used on uship! Hope to see you again James!!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was to pick up on weekend per bid. I have attempted to contact by both email and phone and have received no response. I did not receive a response to my email providing detailed delivery information either.
