The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver bid on load one day and notified us the next that he did not have room. Claims more items than listed which is untrue. Every item is listed with sizes and weights. Very bad experience.

Following are the comments of my customer: - misplaced the leaves - Later email -arrived with leaves at midnight - assembled the hutch on its side with shelves vertical. They fixed upon request. - generally unprofessional and hit the wall and doorway with the chairs -did not take shrink wrap off chairs - tried to leave with the table on its side with one leg attached. We asked him to put the legs on. He gave an attitude and had my husband do the lifting while partner in truck

90 percent of this is all wrong the shipper never even talked to me about this.He just posted it. The shipper wasnt even there.He us just going by what his customer said,and to say her husband was lifting please!!! And how does she know that my brother was in the truck you couldnt see the passenger side of my truck.All THE SHIPPER CARED ABOUT WAS HIS CUSTOMER.Did not mention that it went from central FLORIDA to northern CALIFORNIA with 0 damage.
