A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I misread the service providers dates. I assumed they were picking up next week, but they wanted to pick up in a month which won't work.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Carrier doesn't have blankets to protect the bookcases and did not coordinate in a timely manner

Unless you are in a bind, don't use Aaron. He told us he had help for china cabinet that was being delivered and showed up without any assistance, forcing our 70+ year old client to help. The item was damaged and Aaron did not own up to it. He tried to mark it delivered the day before it was, and In the end he was abrasive, rude and untimely. He told several clients that he did not come inside and just left items outside. Aaron also though it was ok to deliver after 10pm without notice.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider was a no call no show. Informed me they would arrive in the late morning, then received a message with a time frame in the afternoon and he did not show up or answer phone calls. Neither of the phone numbers they provided were ever turned on and the voicemail was unprofessional.
